Aaron's passion in the Turf Care career began at age 11 when he joined his father in the maintenance of the turf and landscape for a small estate near his home.   It was during that time Aaron learned the basics of maintaining turf and landscapes.  By high school Aaron was confident his career path was in Horticulture and secured a part time job at a local landscape/nursery business.  Discussions with his high school guidance counselor led him to a two-year program at Williamsport Area Community College.  It was during his college experience Aaron set a goal to have his own business.  Aaron received an Associate’s Degree in Horticulture and the college referred him to his first job at a Lancaster area landscape/nursery. There he obtained the knowledge and experience needed to move up in the field and he continued his career working for local landscape/nursery businesses. Aaron was influenced by Co-workers and given opportunities to specialize in the turf care industry during that time.   Aaron's opportunities throughout the 40 years of experience working for landscape companies, turf care companies and in sales has provided him with the knowledge and experience to fulfill his dream of running his own business, Central Penn Turf.  Aaron is dedicated to personalized customer service, communication and providing a plan for the beautiful, healthy, weed free lawn you deserve.
